1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 91piso ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 91piso online gaming platform accessible at 91piso.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

1.2 By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 91piso, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms.

1.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and 91piso with respect to the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other communication or document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

1.4 91piso reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement. The minimum age to register for and use the 91piso platform is twenty-one (21) years. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine gaming statutes. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 91piso reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to investigation before potential return.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the 91piso platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the 91piso platform. Registration of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is prohibited. 91piso reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with such accounts, including pending withdrawals.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly when it changes. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 91piso is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys, Driver's License, Passport, UMID) and any additional documentation requested by the Platform as part of the KYC process. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted pending completion of KYC.

2.6 Account Non-Transferability. Your 91piso account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

3.2 You agree to notify 91piso immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 91piso will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

3.3 91piso strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. Enabling 2FA is available to all registered users via the Account Security settings page.

3.4 You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. Each account is strictly for the sole use of the registered account holder.

3.5 91piso permits only one active login session per account at any given time. Logging in from a second device will terminate the first active session. This policy exists as a security measure to prevent unauthorized simultaneous access.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits made to the 91piso platform must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. 91piso does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100.00).

4.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to registered users who have completed the KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200.00). Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 91piso account holder.

4.3 Processing Times. 91piso endeavors to process withdrawal requests within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya to verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on the chosen method, pending KYC requirements, or security review procedures. 91piso does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees. 91piso currently charges no withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawal methods. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, over which 91piso has no control.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit through your payment provider while maintaining an active balance or making withdrawals constitutes fraud. 91piso reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any winnings associated with the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery through legal means.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the 91piso platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by the relevant third-party payment provider.

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified users of legal gambling age (21+) unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered through qualifying games before a withdrawal request may be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is disclosed in the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are disclosed on each promotion's detail page. Wagering on games with 0% contribution will not count toward wagering requirement completion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonuses and associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

5.5 Abuse and Circumvention. 91piso reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus amounts and any winnings derived therefrom if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other form of fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before activating a new one.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 91piso platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

6.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes for non-live (RNG-based) games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers via real-time video stream and are subject to the physical outcomes of real cards, wheels, or dice.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or software malfunction, any affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the players' accounts at 91piso's sole discretion. 91piso shall not be held liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be modified by 91piso at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Final Decisions. In all matters relating to game outcomes, disputed transactions, or interpretation of game rules, the decision of 91piso's management is final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91piso platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil and/or criminal referral under applicable Philippine law:

• Registering, accessing, or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account under the same or different identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using exploits, glitches, or software vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized reversals of deposited funds;
• Impersonating any other person, registering under a false identity, or using forged documents during KYC;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or to 91piso's backend systems;
• Transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of your account or account credits to any third party;
• Engaging in any activity that 91piso determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or its business interests.

8.1 Self-Exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use 91piso's self-exclusion functionality, accessible via Account Settings. Self-exclusion options include temporary cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) and permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications from 91piso will cease.

8.2 Deposit and Loss Limits. 91piso provides tools to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits and session loss limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.

8.3 Reality Checks. Players may configure session time reminders that display a notification at regular intervals during gameplay, informing the player of elapsed session time and net session result.

8.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. 91piso will not knowingly permit any person under 21 years of age to register or use the Platform. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Players are encouraged to take appropriate steps to prevent minors in their household from accessing gambling websites, including the use of parental control software.

9.1 All content on the 91piso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game content, software, audio, and visual elements, is the property of 91piso or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 91piso. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of 91piso's intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

10.1 91piso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 91piso processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

10.3 Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting purposes.

10.4 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 91piso, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests may be directed to the Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 15.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 91piso, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, lost data, or business interruption.

11.2 91piso does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.3 In no event shall 91piso's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform exceed the net deposits made by you to 91piso in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 Availability. 91piso endeavors to maintain Platform availability twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, access may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond 91piso's reasonable control. 91piso will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12.2 Account Suspension by 91piso. 91piso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

12.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your 91piso account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be refunded to the payment method on record following applicable verification procedures.

12.4 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 7 (Prohibited Activities), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law), shall continue to apply following termination of your account.

13.1 91piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

13.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 91piso.app/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Regulatory Compliance. 91piso operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. The Platform acknowledges the authority of PAGCOR as the regulatory body overseeing online gaming activities in the Philippines.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 91piso arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 91piso's customer support channel. Disputes not resolved through customer support may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
